Test Info
The CPAT Orientation, CPAT Practice Test and CPAT Test will occur at the Metra Park Pavilion in Billings, Montana, on April 22nd and 23rd, 2024.
This will be the Candidate Physical Agility Test only: the MFTC will no longer administer a written test as part of its testing process. Individual departments may still administer a written test at the time of application.
Candidate Physical Agility Tests completed through other testing agencies (e.g., Public Safety Testing and others) may or may not be accepted by MFTC departments. Please contact the department(s) where you intend to apply to confirm their testing requirements.
