Deadline to register is December 3, 2026 at midnight.
The CPAT Test will take place on December 12 and 13, 2026, at the MetraPark Pavilion, 308 6th Avenue North, Billings, MT 59101.
Testing timeslots will be released in phases, beginning with Saturday morning. As those timeslots fill, additional times will be made available for Saturday afternoon, followed by Sunday.
Participants should arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled testing time (MST).
The CPAT Orientation, CPAT Practice Test, and official CPAT test are for registered participants only; spectators, guests, and other non-participants are strictly prohibited inside the building.
The physical ability test administered by the Montana Firefighter Testing Consortium is the International Association of Firefighters (IAFF)/International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) Candidate Physical Ability Test© (CPAT).
